Next Question Please

The last post is the answer to a lot of the questions that I get through comments, email, and twitter (what do you do, why do you love your job, etc), so I thought it would be fun to do what a lot of bloggers have done in the past...ask me anything! It will also be a great time for those of you who like to lurk but not leave comments to do so. Let me know who you are! I want to make some new blog friends and get to know you. I promise I am a nice person! Ha!

So, ask me anything you want to ask me and I'll chose some questions to answer in a post tomorrow afternoon. You can email or comment here. I'm excited to see what you ask me, because I get some unusual questions through email and comments sometimes!

Ask away!

Hi...I know you left me a comment once that your dad was a high school football coach.... (My dad is a high school basketball coach...) I just wondered if you went to the same high school where he coached and if that affected you. Did he always know your business? And did it affect your dating life? :)

I have been following you for about 6 months now and LOVE you and can't wait to see little Nicholas Allen. I have a question for you, do you like Georgia or UT? I'm from Peachtree City, GA and my family is a huge UGA fan, I moved to Memphis as a child and married a Ole Miss fan... I'm just curious if y'all pull for anyone??

P.S. I'll be in GA next week :)

Blessings,

Katie

What are you most worried about after Nicholas' birth once you get him home?

What has surprised you the most since you have been pregnant?

Hi! I confessed over at Lianna's blog, so I might as well confess here too!! I am new to this whole blogging thing and haven't even made my first post yet!:0) I have been reading for a little while now and have loved every minute of it. Your blog has been a reminder that God is good and that He answers prayer!! Thanks for sharing your journey to parenthood. It has been an encouragement!!

Hi!
Love your blog! My question is how you lost a lot of weight last year? I'm trying to lose my post baby weight and need some tips?

Are you worried about gaining too much with the pregnancy?

My question is did you always want to be a nurse? How did you decide on that career? What was the hardest thing about nursing school? Ok, I guess that's three questions, LOL

I actually thought of something when I read your post about your daily routine.
I read about how your hubby doesn't get home until about 7:30 at night. I know that is normal for many working people, but do you anticipate that will be hard for you after Nicholas is born? Especially when you're home on maternity leave? How much time will he be able to take off?
I know with my first two, my hubby was able to take off several days (4 of which we were in the hospital) and then work a few half days. But even when he went back to full-time, he was coming home at around 5:00 or 5:30.
This time, with #3, he will still be able to take off a little time around the birth, but then he'll have to go back to crazy hours and a lot of travel. Booooo......
Hope you get some good Daddy time! You both will need it! :)
Some of our favorite (and comical) parenting moments are from the first couple of weeks Andrew was born, as we both tried to figure out what in the world we were doing. lol
